How do I make them ?
I usualy work based on a theme.
I mix these ingredients: sugar, wheat flour, corn starch and butter
With
Fresh ingridients from my own production:
eggs, walnuts , almonds
And
A glass of Porto Wine :)
Stir with lots of LOVE and wait a few minutes.
After cutting, they go to the oven.
When cold, start the decorations using several sugar techniques and edible materials
These homemade/handmade cookies weight aprox. 90g each with the decorations.
Each cookie is individually vacuum packed and sealed.

I'm a Portuguese mom that works with computers.
As any mom, i love to make goodies for my child....
I also love to draw, make handicrafts, and experiencing new materials and techniques.
Once I have absolutely no hand to make cakes :)
I tried these butter cookies.
They are time consuming, but so delicious and gorgeous.
